Emergency

If you have an emergency, please telephone 07 4664 1344 and press 1.  This will divert your call to our Veterinarian on duty whom has the after hours mobile phone 0414 354 350.

• If the call is not immediately answered, please leave your name, telephone number and brief message.  We are unable to return your call if you do not leave a telephone number in the message.

• If your emergency is urgent and your message is not returned within 10 minutes, please telephone again.

• Our practice covers a large area, much of which has poor mobile reception or none at all.  The well being of your pets, horses and livestock is our utmost priority so if we are not able to be contacted in a timely manner, please telephone another practice for assistance.

• Our emergency service is only accessed by calling us, please do not contact us via SMS, social media or email if you have an emergency as they are only monitored during reception hours.
